The facts..
  • lovely venue
  • scrumptious lunch (homemade roasted red pepper & tomato soup, roll, twix, homemade fruit salad and homemade scones & jam)
  • pretty papers in the kit
  • lovely crafty friends
  • much creativity!
I really enjoyed our first crop in the new hall, so lovely to be back together after a few years break. I want to thank everyone for coming for making it such a success, for saying such nice things about how the crop was organised and the food etc, I am so thrilled you all enjoyed yourself so much.

As promised here is my completed layout using the class kit and those lovely Simple Stories papers. If you'd like to see more of them pop over to A Trip Down Memory Lane and have a peek at the other lovely designs they do.

I look forward to seeing many of you again at our next crop date which is on Saturday February 11th 2012 - same time 10am-4pm with another lovely kit for you and of course a delicious light lunch as well. Do be sure to reserve your place by emailing

Saturday will soon be here!

Very much looking forward to our first crop on Saturday and meeting you all.
Just to remind you a light lunch will be provided along with tea/coffee and a cake - all for the £12 crop fee.

I will be doing a class kit (for £3) which is optional on top of the £12 crop fee. These are restricted in number (I had hoped to have enough but people are still booking!) I will make sure we have enough next month!!

If you want to do the class it will be a layout class using Simple Stories papers and you will need twelve 2"x3" photographs. This is a year in review layout so if you prefer you can create the page and add photos as you proceed though 2012, the choice is yours. We will also have a sketch you can work on during the day and a scraplift challenge too - all optional but there to kickstart some creating if you need it. So here is a sneak peak of hour class project for January! Not long now!!

Enfield ScrapMates started in October 2005 when a group of friends decided to meet on a monthly basis to create with paper. The club quickly grew and pretty soon we had over twenty members meeting on a regular basis. We are basically a scrapbooking club but have members who join us each month to enjoy other hobbies such as card making, crochet, pergamano etc.
New members and friends are always welcome, simply contact us for more details
